I have been sitting here watching Food Network all day and have been getting this HUGE hankering for some real honest BBQ. Does anyone know of a good, no....great, local BBQ joint? I am talking anywhere in the Pittsburgh area. I just want some good BBQ. I don't care if it is ribs, chicken thighs, biscuit, or pulled pork. I need a fix and don't know where to find it with out firing up the barbie myself!

Having only lived in Pittsburgh for a short period of time I will be sharing my views on this quirky city. |
BBQ
The best BBQ that I have found here in the greater (and I mean GREATER) Pittsburgh area is Clem's. It's out off of Rt. 22 in Blairsville. Really good pulled pork. A real mess too, which obviously indicates good BBQ.

ribcage bbq is a small take out place where you can eat one of the best bbqs in Pittsburgh. I was there last month and the food was great. Visit the website and you will see the address and the menu for this restaurant.
